Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Not damaged due to misuse or improper handling

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
  • Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Change of Mind

Change of mind returns may be accepted for unused items in original condition. Return postage costs for change of mind purchases are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used fishing line, lures, or tackle
  • Items damaged through normal use
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
